"$35? It’s so close to the holidays and Y2K" $35!? Think of what you get for $35. Consider it a mini-vacation before the holidays! "Is $35 enough to cover costs?" I hope so! I’m planning on a substantial turn-out or I’ll go broke. Natefest is a non-profit so any extra money generated will be credited back to participants. "Ft Worden? That’s a long way away!" It’s a long way for just about everyone. It really shouldn’t matter should it? It’s a beautiful drive from any direction you are traveling from. "I don’t have a car/I don’t want to drive alone." Give me a call and I can arrange a carpool. If you have a car with extra room, let me know! "Is it worth it?" Dumb question. When was the last Natefest you attended? Is it worth it? "Will there be Hanukkah festivities?" Sure. "Can I bring friends?" If you bring them, they will pay! "What if I pay then I can’t make it?" I wish I could give refunds. If you do pay, make sure that you are definitely coming. "Do I share a room with a stranger?" Only if you want! Please note rooming preferences. Unfortunately, you will be sharing space with other people. Early applicants get mattress preference. "Is this whole thing a joke?" NateFest is being held at Ft. Worden and it costs money…the "Year of the Gerbil" is a joke. |
